Voici ma thĂ©orie de pourquoi les dictatures c’est bien:
Au temps de Mussolini, les trains arrivaient Ă  l’heure.
Au temps de Saddam, les bombes n’explosaient pas.
Au temps de Duvalier, on pouvait visiter HaĂŻti.
