My four wives have joined me in my new business and it is still the same family-owned operation, whith the same personal attention to quality product, superiority and service that has made us « The House of Quality » ever since we began to make sausages in 1989.

Sausages to be heated:

  • The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Orange, serve hot.
  • Pizzicato Five, Made in USA, with a touch of Paprika.

Matador Records, 1994.

Quicker than you can say MUSTARD

HOT DOG STRIPPER makes it easy to peel the sausages and frankfurters for folks who like them without the skin. They are undressed by grasping the tab at the top then pulling down like a zipper. Quicker than you can say «mustard» the casing is off and it’s ready to eat. Shown in New York.

La saucisse à zipper, 1954
